Let yourself go,
you are here now.
Bienvenido
Welcome to your new home in Mexico City!
The Xolo apartments are located in both sides of Paseo de la Reforma, in two of the liveliest neighborhoods: Colonia Juárez and Cuauhtémoc. Not only do they have a great location, but you will also be surrounded by Modernist, Spanish Revival and Porfiriana architecture. Octavio Paz (Nobel Prize in Literature) and Mario Pani (renowned architect) were two of its iconic residents.
Xolo will be your guide, host, and guardian. It is your way into a new world.
In the Mexica imaginary, Xolos–Mexican hairless dog– were in charge of accompanying people through the mysteries of life and beyond. The elder say that xoloitzcuintles guided souls in their journey towards Mictlán–the Pre-Hispanic underworld–and took care of them on the road.
We have our strategic allies to thank for the design and art pieces featured in each one of our apartments. From kitchen appliances to bed linens, furniture and decoration. Every piece is carefully selected. All these Mexican companies represent a new generation of designers and artisans.

Neighborhoods
ESTÁS AQUÍ
COLONIA CUAUHTÉMOC
Maximilian I played cricket with his ministers in these lands; after being a large hacienda, it became the first neighborhood to become urbanized in the 20th century. Beautiful Neoclassical and Eclectic houses cohabitate with more recent examples of formal experimentation and architectural styles closer to Functionalism and Modernism.
The neighborhood hosts embassies, galleries, restaurants, and a new financial corridor in the section where Insurgentes meets Paseo de la Reforma.
COLONIA JUÁREZ
Built during the Porfiriato–a period of huge transformation and urban growth in Mexico City, Colonia Juárez is populated by French mansions and impressive buildings. The neighborhood’s life has been diverse and the location of historic events like the Decena Trágica and the meetings between Fidel Castro and Ché Guevara in Café La Habana, where they planned the Cuban Revolution.
The triangle between Paseo de la Reforma, Insurgentes, and Bucareli is still home to traditional cantinas and also to bars, restaurants and galleries that have injected the neighborhood with new life.
